Virginia Skrobisch
Virginia Skrobisch is an experienced professional with a warm, engaging style that generates trust and credibility. Her versatility is enhanced by a multicultural background that has given her breadth of vision and insight. Virginia is an Enhanced Practitioner in C-IQ Conversational Intelligence®, the neuroscience of conversations, from the CreatingWe® Institute. She has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Coaching from EADA Business School in Barcelona, and is trained in the Team Diagnostic tool that measures the 28 factors for team positivity and productivity. A co-active coach (CTI – Coaches Training Institute) since 2006, she holds both CPCC (Certified Professional Co-active Coach) and PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentials from the International Coach Federation. She has trained in systemic team coaching through ORSC, a program led by CRR – Center for Right Relationship. A graduate of CTI’s year-long, prestigious International Leadership program, Virginia has worked for well over a decade bringing added value to executive clients in high performance, multicultural work environments to leverage their leadership development most effectively. In addition to corporate coaching, she continues to work with EADA business school in its High Impact Masters, and Executive and Global MBA programs. Her work in organizations is supported by over 30 years’ experience as an international conference interpreter, a singular vantage point for following cutting-edge developments in a range of industries.
Originally from New York, she has spent more than 25 years living and working in Europe and Africa and is fully fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Catalan.
Eva Hernández
Eva Hernández is a seasoned professional specializing in systemic consulting, change management, and individual and team mentoring/coaching. She brings to her work her strong analytical skills and strategic vision, coupled with an empathetic and intuitive personality. Economist, MBA and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst). Passionate about organizational and personal development, she trained as a co-active coach with CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) in 2007. She holds an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential from the ICF (International Coach Federation) and is a graduate of CTI’s international leadership program. She is also an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner with an International Certification in Systemic Management and Organizational Constellations (Talent Manager/Universidad Francisco de Vitoria). Eva is a teacher of Reconstructive®, a powerful systemic tool, and Director of Reconstructive School Spain. She has taught at and collaborated with professional schools and institutions such as IESE (Madrid) and Kedge Business School (Bordeaux). Her previous career, spanning over 15 years, was in the financial sector, 10 of them as a stock market analyst in international investment banks such as Lehman Brothers, and later Morgan Stanley in London, where she was an Executive Director specializing in the banking sector.
Eva is originally from Barcelona, although she has lived and worked in several countries, such as the US, UK and the Netherlands. She is fully fluent in Spanish, English and Catalan and has a working knowledge of French.
